The human-sized Dyma Sport Management entity was created by Robert Pleic, a former player who loves the world of football. Seriously committed to human interaction, he has lived and breathed the game of soccer all his life and now puts his experience of the game and his international network at the service of young talent, as well as experienced players.

Together with his team, the founder of Dyma's sole aim is to lend support to experienced or aspiring footballers. From the discovery of young prodigies to the fulfilment of their professional sporting aspirations, Robert Pleic is personally committed to his protégés and their families.

Players are able to count on rock-solid support thanks to the superb supervisory and advisory skills offered by practitioners (top-class football players and leading lights in the world of football).
